Darhung introduces a cutting-edge, high-capacity, servo-driven single-arm rebar bending machine and automatic moving bender bending centre; which will redefine the approach to steel bending, making it much more efficient than ever before. The operator can configure the shape of a rebar using the touch screen interface: just choose the desired shape on the touch screen and automatically commence bending the rebar. Produced in Taiwan, the new automatic rebar bending machine uses advanced technology and is equipped with a PLC controller to provide the highest level of precision, without the need for manual adjustment. The servo motor allows the automatic movement of the arm; therefore, there is no need to measure the length of rebar. The machine has a maximum bending diameter of 100mm and a bending range from O" to 180". The machine can be used to bend 20 pieces of rebar at the same time.
