The Darhung 5-arm machines, sometimes called 5-head bending machines, employ a PLC-based control system with a Touch Panel user interface. These bending machines are used in High-Production Bending Applications at Construction sites and Rebar Processing Facilities around the world. The machines are designed to be easy to operate, allowing operators to quickly and efficiently set length and angles, as well as bend multiple angles at once which results in greater productivity. With the capacity to produce between 8,000 and 12,000 daily rebar, they increase productivity while reducing labour costs due to high level of accuracy.

    DT-BD5-10 Features and Operations

    Uncover the many uses of Darhung's automatic moving benders, bending centers. With these servo powered rebar benders you can bend steel in a more efficient way. With the touch screen control panel you can select shapes and begin bending rebar with ease. The DARHUNG 5 arms bender will bend multiple shapes (ie square stirrups, multiple angles etc.) with ease. This automatic steel bending machine features Taiwan technology that provides very accurate PLC control, so there are no manual changes needed to achieve accurate bends. The servo motor allows for automatic movement, and there is no measuring of lengths is required. The maximum bending diameter of the machine is 60 mm, the bending range is from 0° to 180°, and it can bend up to 9 rebar pieces at once.
