The machines are available as standard with PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) and touchscreen controls. The user friendly design allows users to simply set both the length and angle of bend and the unique capability of bending up to 5 different angles on the same piece of rebar at once maximizes productivity. This equates to an average daily rebar output of 8000-12000 and therefore increased efficiency while also helping decrease labor costs through their high level of precision.

With state-of-the-art technology from Taiwan, this automatic rebar bending machine ensures exceptional precision through PLC control, eliminating the need for manual adjustment. The servo motor facilitates automatic movement, eliminating the necessity for length measurement.
