  • DARHUNG’s rebar shearing lines are fully customized systems, designed according to each customer’s factory layout. They support all grades of ribbed steel and deliver high-quality shearing with automatic transverse feeding, sorting, transportation, fixed-length cutting, and discharging. All processes are computer-controlled through a servo-motor system, ensuring high productivity, accuracy, and significant labor savings.
  • These machines are widely used in rebar processing centers, major national construction projects, LNG facilities, roads, railways, and other infrastructure fields.

  • The automatic rebar bending machine features unique technology and international patents. Its PLC-based control system with a touch panel ensures safe and convenient operation. The high-durability mechanical design supports production of up to 8,000 reinforcing bars per day, making it ideal for high-volume steel processing. Optional software with communication capabilities allows integration with robotic arms.

• Darhung provides servo-driven bending machines, automatic moving benders, and high-capacity bending centers, all engineered for efficiency and performance.

• Bending shapes can be easily preset on the touch screen. Operators simply select the desired shape to start the bending process.

• The DARHUNG 5-arm bender is highly versatile and suitable for producing any type of shape, including square stirrups and multi-angle bending requirements.

• Our rebar bending machines incorporate advanced technology refined through Taiwan’s decades of industry experience.

• The high-precision PLC system guarantees accurate angle control without the need for manual adjustments (manual mode optional).

• Servo-powered automatic length positioning eliminates the need for manual measurement; a manual-type model is also available.

• The maximum bending diameter is 60 mm, with a bending range of 0° to 180°, capable of bending up to 9 rebars simultaneously.

• Our patented Servo-Driven Friction Welding Machine uses a servo motor and ball-screw mechanism to transform traditional hydraulic pressure values into digital parameters. This ensures consistent welding quality, superior coupling strength, and enhanced structural integrity that surpass government safety standards. The system minimizes human error, enabling even inexperienced operators to achieve stable results. Once verified parameters are entered, the machine fully automates the welding process.

• The full-touch control panel offers high flexibility and compatibility. It can be equipped with a cutting device and automated pushing structure driven by a servo motor for waste-cutting operations.
